HRB Industries Corporation is a custom CNC machining company. CNC machining is a top part of creating and providing the needed precise parts for all types of industries. CNC machining works with all sorts of materials; metal, plastic, and composite. To become familiar with how CNC machining works, the first part of the process is engineering and design, on a computer. Our employees use CAD CAM to design extremely detailed models on the computer. Once all is complete, the designs are transferred to our CNC machines where the cutting, shaping, and finishing of the product occurs. This is a much more time managing process compared to CNC machining. Our advanced innovative method also refines lead time. To complete our advanced process, vertical integration is employed so that each component is seamless with the final product assembly. Our very own black belt team on quality ensures complete and thorough quality is achieved by testing and checking each stage of the pipeline.
