Our process begins with CAD (Computer-Aided Design), which plays a crucial role in engineering and designing custom details in close collaboration with our customers. This thorough design phase ensures that every particularization is addressed, and the resulting CAD model is fully optimized for manufacturability.
Once the customer design is finalized in CAD, we move to the plastic injection molding stage. We use prime-grade thermoplastic and thermosetting polymers sourced from trusted suppliers, ensuring consistent material quality and performance. In the process, the polymers are heated to an exceptional temperature, melting them into a fluid state. The molten thermoplastic is then quickly injected into a high-quality injection molding machine under extreme pressure. This machine, built to superior fabric quality, carves every component of the design with extreme precision, filling even the most intricate cavities with accuracy and repeatability.
After injection, the special structure is cooled and tempered to hold its shape, ensuring dimensional stability and optimal mechanical properties. Every molded part is then inspected to confirm it meets the required standards.
